Quality Control

One of the fundamental basis of the Stor brand is the quality and safety offered in each of the products we sell. This is something that we have in mind both at the development and production stages.

For this reason, we work with a wide variety of materials that, depending on their strength, appearance or durability, we apply to the different articles according to the needs they have to satisfy, in order to achieve the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our work is certified by some of the most recognized laboratories worldwide such as TÜV Rheinland, SGS or Bureau Veritas that test our products in order to verify that they comply, among others, with European and North American regulations in each product category.

We know that a very important part of our catalogue is aimed at children, so we give special importance to physical and food contact tests. These are usually carried out at both the development and production stages, randomly, in order to detect and avoid any possible anomalies in the production chain.

Another of Stor’s pillars is to guarantee the security and the working conditions of the employees at the production sites. To this end, we have our own Code of Conduct and a procedure for the management of the audits and non-conformities. We perform annual social audits under SEDEX or BSCI standards. We work on the Corrective Action Plans of the non-conformities encountered during the audit according to the below chart in order to make sure we achieve an on-going improvement on the manufacturing sites:
